Selection of Members

After the January 30th deadline, the five member Faculty Council will review your application as well as your transcript and attendance records.  You may also be asked to interview with current members.  The final selection process is based on a vote from the five members of the Faculty Council and the Chapter Adviser.  A majority vote is needed to elect a new member.  If you are selected for membership, you will be notified in writing by the Chapter Adviser.

A special ceremony will take place in March to induct new members.  At that time, inductees will become lifetime members of the National Honor Society, providing that they maintain membership status through graduation.  To learn more, please read the Chapter By-Laws.

Good luck!
